West Wickham Project

Popped into our West Wickham project today. A Full house refurb with single storey rear extension and still chuffed to bits with the results.

Originally this project was offered to a builder (recommended by a well known architect) back in 2019. Unfortunately the builder took advantage of the clients kindness and exploited what was going on at the time (covid) and had initially asked for an payment of £50,000 upfront and was never seen again 🤬.

It was only because J&S Property Services installed a new heating system for the clients dad who then passed our details over to his son.

From day one we wanted to make sure our priority was to instil trust and confidence in our services, whether that was via communication, workmanship and or just being present.

So we drew up and insisted on contracts, implemented payment structures and provided time schedules. This helped the clients to keep updated with everything and helped provide stability and showed them that they were in safe hands!
